From the website: "It's kind of like VoodooPad, but without all of the features, registration fees, and closed source. ... Aside from being opensource, it doesn't offer too much at the moment."

It also shares the same file format as VoodooPad (version 1.1 anyway). I'm curious to see how it progresses, as it really doesn't do much at the moment. I also couldn't find what license it's being distributed under.
