StarROMs

I found out about this link on slashdot, and from reading the comments it looks like everyone is bashing it, saying it'll never work. But I think it's great. I still haven't bought from the iTunes music store, but I'm willing to bet I'll buy a couple of these games... hobbyists bringing what they love to other folks. It's a great idea- and the most expensive game is 6 bucks!

My personal econo-meter is telling me that things might start to be turning around a little bit with regards to the St. Louis job scene. Over the past couple of days I've been contacted by four different headhunters- one of which is looking to fill a unix programmer position (which I don't see very often), and another with sixteen java positions open. Wowsers- sixteen?!?

I'm not looking for a job right now, but if any of my local friends are- I've got some contacts for you...
