This is cool, I'm having another "clear" day. Every once and a while when listening to either SRV or Jimi, I can hear every note they play with a clarity that I don't usually get. It's the same song I heard yesterday, or the day before... it's just heard under a microscope where it doesn't matter how fast they play, or how many notes they bend together- I can hear each and every one and seperate what they are doing, and almost see how they are doing it.

It doesn't happen that often, and I wonder how it happens sometimes. I imagine I have to be in just the right mood. I guess I get that from being a guitar player, and I'd be interested to hear if any other guitar players have this happen also... I know it didn't happen at all before I started playing, and it probably didn't happen up until a couple of years ago.. (so I'd been playing 5+ years at that point..)
