Man, I've been really tired lately. I don't know why either- I've been getting plenty of sleep... eating sorta decently... nothing out of the ordinary. I'm just tired.

Maybe it's frustration with not being able to get as much done at work as I used to. I've often thought that the period of time that I've been the most productive was when I was a student working at Campus Computing. And today I think I figured out why- I had an office (at least most of the time). I closed the door. I got stuff done. I was left alone to get my work done. It was nice. People weren't asking me questions all the time (Paul's disease as Scott called it- his punishment for knowing so much).

Ever since then I've been moving downhill- cubicles, "hotels", shared working areas, "pods". It all sucks. Programmers need quiet areas to work and think. Why does Microsoft understand this, and the rest of the industry not?. (Microsoft gives each employee their own office- with a door).

I'm just sorta bummed out right now about this.
